I need to empty my fridge. Here is what I came up with. The kids weren't too impressed with the "green stuff". Here is another great vegetarian meal!
Pestodump the following into your food processor and blend:
1 cup spinach
1/2 cup basil
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup sliced almonds
1 large garlic clove
1/4 tsp salt
now slowly add while slowly processing:
1/4 cup olive oil
Warm up the pesto in microwave for a few seconds. Serve over hot noodles or with a Marvin Joe (recipe coming soon!)
Potato WedgesCut potatoes into 4 long strips. Dip in vegetable oil. Sprinkle with Seasoning Salt.
Bake at 425 for 20 minutes
