Joy of Cooking. He made a wonderful Saturday morning brunch! The vanilla frozen yogurt on top was the perfect garnish. Just be sure and have Pam on hand to spray the waffle iron before each batch.
Whisk together in a big bowl:
1, 1/2 cup flour1, 1/3 cup sugar1/2 cup baking cocoa2 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp saltWhisk in a medium bowl until frothy:
2 eggsAdd to the eggs:
1 cup milk3/4 cup plus 2 T vegetable oil1 tsp vanillaAdd wet ingredients to the dry and combine quickly.
