Vegie Pizza


Pizza Dough

Dump the following into your mixer and mix for 10 minutes:

3 1/2 T sugar
2 t salt
2 T oil
1 1/2 cup warm water
2 cups white flour
2 cups wheat
2 t yeast

Let rise for 1 hour.

At this point you can make your pizza crust or throw the dough in a zip lock back and throw it in the fridge for up to 5 days. This is what I like to do. Take the dough out and let it warm up for an hour before making the pizza.

Sauce

1 c ranch
2 cloves garlic minced
2 t basil
1/2 c Parmesan

Then top with fresh spinach and cut up artichoke hears. Add mozzarella!

bake 475 for 10 minutes
